Boxes), Employer, Occupation. Contribution Rules: New York State Election Law requires campaigns to collect the following information from all contributors: full name, residential address (no P.O. Boxes), employer, and occupation.
• Contributions are not tax-deductible.
• Individuals may contribute up to $2,286.20 per election.
• Families (aggregate household contributions) may contribute up to $11,431.00 per election.
• Corporations may contribute up to $5,000 total per calendar year to all New York State and local candidates combined.
• LLCs may contribute up to $5,000 total per calendar year, and contributions must be attributed to each member in proportion to their ownership interest.
